As for dbx units, go to www.ebay.com and check on the consumer electronic and type dbx and there you go and bid.
In my case the 215 sound equal or superior interms of clarity, detail, transparency, dynamics and quietness as compare to the CR7 or your 215 needs calibrations or my CR7 needs calibrations.I prefer the way 215 conveys the recorded music and CR7 seems a bit dull to my ears (or taste)where some describe as warm.
By the way,I do own Aiwa xk-s9000,xk-009,pioneer CT-95 & teac V-7000...
