Ciss = Cgd + Cgs
Crss = CgdTherefore Cgs = Ciss - Crss.
Please note that all of these specs are only valid for the conditions stated on the data sheet. They don't really correlate that well to how they will be used in an actual circuit.
As John Curl pointed out, in a follower the source will follow the gate (funny thing, that) unless it is extremely heavily loaded. Therefore you really only have to worry about Cgd (= Crss).
