Based on a quick Google search for each bio. Could be off base....Yes:
Floyd Toole, Bob Schulein, Jim West, Dr. Muller, David ClarkNo:
Jim Flanagan, Sharad Singhal, Arny Krueger, Gilbert Souloudre, Frank Fiege, Durand BegaultMaybe/can’t tell:
Sean Olive, since he’s in R&D at Harmon, but appears involving in testing, not creating
Karlheinz Brandenburg, No/Maybe. Worked on coding schemes, but is now at the Fraunhofer institute.
Jurgen Herre, No/maybe
David Meares, No/maybe organises the New Technology Campus for IBCInteresting. I certainly wasn't trying to suggestion that anyone's work is not valuable, but I was curious whether these people create things that sound good or they do something else. For example, esoteric work on encoding schemes is important to data transmissionn, but is not DIRECTLY aimed at better sound reproduction.
