The best chair I encountered, was made in China in the Ming or Ching Dynasty. Those made in the Ming Dynasty, though expensive, use very high quality wood with near perfect craftsmenship. Note that there are many fake ones, you need an expert's opinion. If you are fortunate enough to get a real one, you've got the perfect chair for your listening room.
