Please don't be confused by what Solda is meaning here with this phrase "inverted polarity"He does not mean (I hope) what that phrase normally means in that a product inverts the phase of the SIGNAL.
What he means here is that he considers the wiring to the AC wall plug socket is connected around the wrong way - and that you'll get a sonic improvement if you reverse that.
Solda - have I understood you correctly?
However - I cannot agree that this is a fixed true fact - it may be that in your house, using your partticular wall socket, the player will sound better if you reverse the direction of the AC plug - but then again - maybe not. It can only be found by testing. maybe it will make no difference, make it worse or better.
As they say "suck it and see".
