I use the Ella (up to 50W/channel with KT88 tubes) and although I made it myself you do have the option of buying one assembled for you. And you get to choose the parts you want! They currently have a maxed out one (AN caps, silver wire etc) on clearance but it has a scratch apparently.The downside is that they are in Hong Kong so you might have extra shipping costs.
Making an amp is fun - I did mine with no previous electronics experience - and only marginally dangerous! But be very, very careful as tweaking becomes addictive. It will cure upgraditis though as there is no way you'll trade in an amp you made yourself for some magazine's flavour of the month.
