Rogue Audio, Balanced Audio Technology, and Audio Research all offer high quality tube amps, integrated amps, preamps, and other components. I own Rogue M150 mono amps. They contain very high quality wiring, components, caps, resistors, etc.Jolida has a reputation for using very high quality designs with cheap parts. I own a JoLida 302a and love it. My audiophile friends have reported to me that JoLida uses cheap parts, but I don't care. :-) It is a great sounding amp. For fun I have tweaked it a bit. You said you are not a tweaker, but either way, the JoLida amps are great. www.repsonseaudio.com will sell you an already custom tweaked JoLida for a good price.
