Hi Jay,There are many amplifiers on the market that would fall under your criteria of quality with good parts.
But, you left out some important requirments, like output power, type of output tube, mode of operation (Pentode, UL, Triode) and price for instance.
I will attempt to list a few that I feel are within your criteria. But, I have included a few that are not, ones that have realistic pricing for high end audio equipment, and that play music.
1.) Eastern Electric M520 PP EL34 Mullard clone.

And don't count out the kit suppliers, that is the real bang for the buck way to go. Some kit suppliers that are worth a look at are.
6.) Audio Note Kits who is one of the Asylum sponsors that has an informative forum here.
http://audionotekits.espyderweb.net/7.) Welborne Labs, who is another sponsor here.
http://www.welbornelabs.com8.) Stoetkit, who makes some nice products that sound good, like the Stoetkit Jr., and the model 6.

That is about all of the time I have for this post.
I am sure there will be many more who can fill in the many amplifier blanks that I have left out. Here is a link that will help you research many other possibilities.
Just get on the website and start reading.
