Yeah, wanking off...like the hours he spent in the studio that in many ways reinvented the recording process. Kinda like Les Paul, we all know if it wasn't for Mary he'd be pumping gas and we wouldn't have multi-track. Yep, we all know it was Murray and the Boys pushing him and without their influence he'd be saying "Who's up for some Pong"? I think the history is pretty clear regarding his efforts and his growth as a songwriter/producer/boy genius in the early years and it doesn't support your thesis. I assume that you're just baiting here, but if you actually feel that way then I feel sorry for you.
