I own a 2300 Teac myself. A solid design. If it is not recently lubed it may not operate the pinch roller properly. It may stick, I know how to fix, write me.. rolf_video@yahoo.comI also have a 40-4 Teac, TASCAM model for sale if anyone wants..4 independent tracks/channels, 15 IPS and 10.5" reels...
