With a speaker designed like the Tetra to have some severe, high-Q
cabinet resonances, it is entirely possible that by careful choice of
music, someone can do a convincing demonstration of the speaker's
supposed merit. However, the illusion will fall apart catastrophically
with different kinds of music.
Stereophile's Stephen Mejias has been examing this subject in his blog
the past week in connection with an Onkyo speaker that also has a very
resonant cabinet. See http://blog.stereophile.com/stephenmejias/120806mushrooms/ .
