Can't speak for your results. Are you taking into account the soundcard's Record and Playback phase responses? If the MLS implementation doesn't have a means to calibrate those out, there will be errors, maybe that's what you see. Not sure how JustMLS or SMAART deal with those.If I measure the phase response outside of the UUT and then with the UUT included and look at the difference, I'd believe that result over anything based on a simulated example. That's essentially the essence of a phase response, i.e., how the phase changes on going through a system.
