...one have to ask as how cables and wires can improve acoustic since acoustic have physical properties and are net results of interaction between speakers and its environment?While it is true that only transducers create the final "acoustical result", there are numerous sonic cues found in music that impart the qualities of imaging independent of a speaker's radiation pattern. High resolution systems reveal these subtle details found deep in the recording that can provide such soundstaging information. While I haven't changed speakers in twenty years, improvements elsewhere in my system (most certainly including cables) have resulted in those same electrostats delivering a vastly deeper and wider soundstage with many recordings.
