No, the output impedence of the amp is what they are talking about. OTLs like a stable and highish impedence. The Edgarhorns at 16 ohms are nearly a perfect match. The Atma-Sphere S-30 works very well with them and has plenty of power as its output goes up to about 45 watts into 16 ohms.
