You could try the GM-20, but as I said, it is a little on the low side with 20W. But still a very good amp. You will need a high quality BALANCED preamp to get the best out of the GM-20.

If you should go the way with output transformers, I guess you will have a lot of choices. But you will need at least 20W of power.
I really do not have any experience on this.

I think you should consult Bobby at Merlin. He knows the speakers better than anyone.
