Dear Al,I just read a "goodly" portion of Mr. Tomcik's article on speaker damping factors. Do you know, or does anyone else know, what the true damping factor of the Atmasphere MA1 or M60 are?
Mr. Tomcik seems to say that the output impedance of the amplifier divided by the internal resistance of the amplifier, gives the actual damping factor.
I may not have understood him correctly, here, but is there anyone out there who does understand what Mr. Tomcik is talking about, and how it applies to the Atmasphere amps?Gratefully,
