Teresa, this entire sequence of events has been so unfortunate, and I feel really sad that you've had to go through this. However, your logic eludes me.
1. My SACD player will not play SACDs
2. Nobody else has problems playing their SACDs on their players
3. It is a problem with SACDs
4. I'm switching to LPsJustification, the LPs sound better than the SACDs played on my machine.
This is equivalent to:
1. My lamp does not light properly when I use XR bulbs.
2. Nobody else has problems with XR bulbs in their lamps.
3. It is a problem with XR bulbs.
4. I'm switching to candles.Justification, candles burn better than XR bulbs in my lamp.
I don't get it, but maybe it makes sense to you.
Whatever .... have fun playing records, dear. It's not how we get there, it's just that we get there in the end. It's the resonance of music in our soul we seek, and there are many means to that end.
