A Question for Classical SACD Collectors

Fellow Inmates:

We're now about seven years into the SACD era, and I think that we can all agree that, at its best, SACD has considerably enhanced our enjoyment of recorded music. Of course, we would all like to see more new releases on SACD, but we must recognize that there isn't a lot in the way of new releases in any format right now. Having said that, it seems to me that the serious collector is actually pretty well served by the new format. But I would be curious to hear your opinions on this matter. So here's a very informal survey quesiton: do you think that your areas of musical interest are well represented on SACD? Which areas of the repertoire do you think are particularly heathly on SACD, and are there areas of the repertoire that are noticeably malnourished?

I have no particular philosophical axe to grind here; I'm just curious to hear what my fellow inmates think. Sooooo--any opinions?
