There is no DSD inclusion on Blu-ray.PCM is the only audio standard on either Blu-ray or HD-DVD. That can be delivered losslessly with either DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD.
Sampling rates up to 24/192K/6 channels and 24/96K 8 channels.
Backwards compatibility for DVD standards based formats is left to the discretion of the player manufacturer. SA-CD is based on DVD-ROM as the physical layer.
