Hi.

To ensure proper tracking, the first thing is to ensure the TT levelled horizontally - something many vinyl guys overlook so conveniently. I don't think it's a rack vibration that serious.

You need a spindle spirit leveller to check out the TT levelling with a LP on, rotating, & arm still restomg in its arm clamp. If not levelled, try to trim it level either at the four plinth legs or whatever.

When the TT is aligned 100% levelled statically, then try to balance it DYNAMICALLY.
