Another option is to hang a heavy velvet or wool drape in the corners. You can put foam wedges or other damping material behind the curtain, but you may find the drape and air-gap behind it do the trick.This can also be done to look quite attractive. You can even do the whole front or rear wal and wrap around the corners, or do the whole room, and tune the room by adjusting the curtain positions.
Go heavy, and lined on the curtain material. There are acoustic curtain fabrics, but they tend to be pricey.
