I think that amp is good to a bit less than 1/2 MHz. I think the output Iron's leakage L and winding capacitance put a stop to things with a self resonance at ~150kHz or so.

Now the front end is good for just a bit more than this. It is made from video pentodes, and it's bandwidth is decidedly *NOT* small.

It is the best commercial offering I have heard. I have one with Jim's full kit, and Type II KT90's. My DH E-Linear amp is a bit more to my liking, and it's only a quarter of the power, and not quite as quiet. A full set of custom Iron from Heyboer is the heart of that amp.
