HukkI NEED tubes to play CD's because I guess I hate digital.
The more tube stages between the CD and speakers
the better I seem to like the sound.
The digital cr@p irritates the living hell out of me.
Agreed some SS CD players need it more than others,
but all would benefit from it IMO.
But then again, I can't stand any DVD players under $1000
and even some of them over $1000 (again digital cr@p).
I prefer VHS (Beta is better) or Laser discs.DanL
