From an old post of mine:"The pin diameter of the EH tube pins is about .010" larger than typical NOS. In a well used or worn socket this is great, since it provides a good snug fit. It may prevent having to replace an old socket in some cases. However in a new/fresh socket, the pin fit is VERY tight."
