I do not listen to them, never did, never will. I don't give a rat's ass if you agree with me, my musical tastes, Steve Earles comments or anything else. What is so important about me never having liked a band or it's music? Because you think they are some kind of rock god and I think they are cat shit, so what?
If you do not like what I think, ignore me, it matters not.
The only band out of NY I ever thought was valid was the Talking Heads. You being from NY probably liked most of that crowd, the Ramones, Blondie and the rest. Not me, it was never deep and well written enough for me.
As for you announcing that you will jump in when you read about some band I like, Good. I cannot say likewise knowing your taste now. Or at least enough of it. More I do not care about.
This will be the last time I respond to you, we are from 2 different worlds and I like mine just fine.
