How about if you start by listing what you see wrong with it? If you post "the layout is terrible" without any explanation you are certainly NOT doing anything constructive. You're second and third sentences sound to me like an invitation to pile on, which isn't constructive either. It would be like if I were to post, "Jeff is a moron, isn't it obvious, who wants to go first?" Do you see the problem there? because I certainly do.
