Hi ,
Take HT from main smoothing cap , make C2 a 20uF 400V Solen , ditto C1 , Rset 330k . Should be ok for a pre amp , for a power amp I find it better to use a larger C2 , say 47uf as with higher currents Rset needs to be a lower value but 330k is a good place to start . Hope this helps :)
