I beg to differ with you. I have two Naks, and the one that disconnected right now will probably smoke your reel to reel unless you have a Technics. The one I have hooked up now is one of Nak's lower end cassette decks (RX202), but all I do is make recordings for the car in it. Suggest you drag the Nak back out, and clean the heads and demag them. Then install a good set of cables. After that, put the reel to reel in trash (after dark so nobody will see it).
