You are starting to look silly here. We're glad you are happy with American Theater Systems.

However, I'm not sure you even know who you are at the moment.

Again, the customers can and will decide. They can look at my post, see my experiences and decide if they really want to be hassled with American Theater System. Then, they can also look at your posts - whether you're John or Johnny ... or whoever, and decide if they want to buy from ATS, since your experience was so good.

Plus, I think we owe it to the potential customers to know that the rating system at Audiogon is a broken tool. Why? You ask. Because, when negative feedback has been submitted, it will never see the light of day unless the vendor responds to the query. American Theater Systems fails to respond to negative complaints under Audigon, so they can live with their 78 positive comments and 2 neutral comments, because with numbers like that, they look pretty good.

Finally, there's no need to worry about the broken Audigon rating system. There's also ResellerRatings.com - which accepts both positive and negative feedback. Since ATS decided they just want to have their feedback reflected in a positive light under Audiogon, they are also present under ResellerRatings.com - as of a week or so ago. Now, unhappy customers can post their experiences with ATS - without having ATS hide the negative comments regarding bad customer experiences.
