I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL THINGS THOURGH AMERICAN THEATER SYSTEMS, INC. I DO ALOT OF INSTALLS AND HAVE BEEN PURCHASING EQUIPTMENT FROM AMERICAN THEATER FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. THE EQUIPTMENT THEY OFFER HAS A WARRANTY AS I HAD SOMETHING REPAIRED ONCE AND HAD ABSOLUTELY "NO HASSLE" WHO ARE YOU? WHY DID YOU PLACE A ORDER AND CANCEL IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AND THEN COMPLAIN ALL OVER THE NET AFTER YOU RECEIVED A CREDIT. I HAVE BOUGHT OVER $30,000 WORTH OF GEAR AND HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA MILE. I ASSUME YOU DO NOT BUY HIGH END GEAR BECAUSE THATS WHAT THE SPECIALIZE IN. YOU SOUND LIKE SOMEONE WHO PURCHASED A LOW END PIECE OF EQUIPTMENT AND THEN MADE A 100 PHONE CALLS LOOKING FOR TRACKING NUMBERS..

I THINK YOU MAKE IT HARD FOR THE REST OF US TO GET GREAT DEALS ON THE NET!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! TAKE YOUR COMPLAINTS ELSEWHERE I KNOW ALOT OF DIFFERENT AUDIO VIDEO STORES AND WILL BE SURE TO ALERT THEM ABOUT YOU. THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU AFTER SEEING THE COMMENTS YOU MADE.. HAVE FUN PAYING FULL PRICE CAUSE NO COMPANY OFFERING DEALS WANTS TO SELL A PERSON WHO PLACES ORDERS AND CANCELS FOR NO REASON. HOW ABOUT THIS WHEN YOU ARE READY TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT CALL. IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD THE PRODUCT DON'T BUY!
