Shady is the least of it. Nice to customer when you post an order, but down right NASTY when you try to cancel.....tried to hit me with 15% restocking fee for a TV that they DID NOT HAVE (after 4 weeks of telling me one excuse or another why it can't be installed.) Then told me that it was back ordered and that they could not honor my quoted price! Better get a credit on my charge IN FULL, but from what I've been reading, this could be a problem too! STAY AWAY from this SHADY company!
