You know, I had the same exact question as you, so I poked around on Audiogon, looking for somebody that had "purchased" something from them.I emailed the guy to ask him if they were on the level. His response was pretty funny...and kinda sad.
In short, he said that he was trying to get his money back and that he still did not have the thing that he had ordered...and paid for.
Could be an isolated incident, but I stayed away after hearing the guy's story.
