Glad it worked out for you. Why did I cancel?

1) Wanted the 4600 Yamaha instead, which wasn't shipping at the moment.
2) Read enough bad press about this company. I felt they didn't deserve my business.

Why am I complaining all over the Internet?

1) I'm not. I'm just simply relaying my experiences with this company.
2) They were nice when they were making the sale.
3) They treated my wife like crap when asked about the credit.

True, I did receive my credit back from them ... after 6 weeks. Plus, by that time, interest had to be paid to my credit card for the amount.

Had they been more "professional" and handled the refund when they "said" they were going to, I wouldn't have a beef with them at all. However, what they dragged my wife, my credit card company and myself through deserves to be heard.

Authorized reseller?

1) I hardly find that believable. Maybe, on some products.

Using all CAPS when one types?

1) Well, we all know how we feel about those folks.
