...as evidence that I wasn't likely to get an agreeable protocol from them. I wasn't about to waste any more time on the process given their track record of deceit, and their inability to even submit constructive suggestions regarding a protocol design. It is difficult to even call the proceedings a process in light of JREF's minimal input.

In case you missed it, I agreed to two protocols to have myself tested by JREF. I sought the counsel of AA participants for the first. This first protocol design was deemed to appear proper and acceptable by Mr. Randi himself before I even submitted it to JREF. The second was submitted with the design aid of one of JREF Forum's own, Gr8wight.

As for Kramer lying, it is documented in this very thread. Now if you are saying that I could have doctored the evidence, check with Kramer himself for a copy of our correspondence. Assuming for a moment that I haven't modified the record, why would Kramer lie? What useful purpose would it serve? It seems you view the lying matter as incidental, or non-existent, I view the matter as symptomatic.

For reasons that I can only speculate on JREF was not interested in get me tested because I was, and am, more than willing to be tested under conditions that replicate a typical listening session as closely as possible. I was not asking for anything extraordinary. If you charge me with that, provide some specifics to support your position.
