I just wanted to post a response regarding the Maverick SACD player. I think much has to do with the synergy of your system in general, but that said I am VERY happy with my Maverick. I am running it through an ARC tube preamp and ARC SS amp in to 3.6 Maggies. The sound is quite phenomenal to my ears.Everyone has to listen for themselves, but for me the Maverick has been outstanding. The one drawback I have experienced is that poor recordings will tend to reveal themselves. On the other hand, great music will just keep you smiling all day. Just MHO, the thing to do is listen with your own ears.
One last thing, I dont really pay much attention to things like load time and display. They are meaningless to me. The remote is rock solid.
