The Captain and Me is a great title IMO and really shows off how great MC DVD-A can sound. The downside as you noted, is that most of the original titles put out by Warner/Rhino are out of print (including Captain & Me). If you decide to seek them out, the following titles all sound great IMO:

1) Queen - A Night at the Opera
2) Queen - The Game
3) Eagles - Hotel California
4) Fleetwood Mac - Rumours
5) ELP - Brain Salad Surgery
6) Yes - Fragile
7) T-Rex - Electric Warrior
8) Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms (DualDisc)
9) R.E.M. - Automatic for the People
10) Neil Young - Harvest

I think the Dire Straits, Queen's The Game & R.E.M. are still in print
