small tubes should be pretty much burned in after 24 hours. Then most tubed products require about a 30 minute warm up before critical listening.FWIW, be careful in judging tubes. The differences can often be very subtle unless you just happen to be listening for the exact attribute that a particular tube will bring to your system, and in the same vein you might well initially hear a great improvement in one area, like bass, and overlook for some time that the high frequencies as not as balanced/smooth as you would like them to be. Tube rolling is fun but you've got to pay attention! :-)
