I had the Belles 150A Hot Rod SS amp and worked great with the VSM-M. Keep in mind, however, that this is a DC coupled amp and if your tube-based preamp shoots out DC, then you could have problems.
Integrated: there is a used Joule Electra VAMP integrated for sale on Audiogon that I also liked with my VSM-M.
