I agree that DP3 & DP4 are a good ones to have. Disc's 2 & 3 from DP8 are mono. Still good though. Gotta disagree on DP18. It is probably my favorite sounding DP. Great playing also. Maybe you're not playing it on an HDCD capable player ? Everyone's mileage varies I guess.Higher up in sound quality, I think is One From The Vault, The Closing OF Winterland (great bass) and The Grateful Dead Movie Soundtrack is probably my favorite sounding live Dead release. This is the one where I really feel like I'm in the audience. The surround sound on the DVD is nice also.
