Currently she has a M2 MacBook Air with 16GB of memory which she fully utilizes!
Using Parallels, I prefer having 32 GB since it immediately carves out 8.2 GB for that environment. That, Starry Night, Firefox, Outlook and Finder use most of what is available on the MacMini.
