Interesting concept, but it isn't possible unless your modem can function as a DHCP server. I've never heard of such a thing.
These days, people use their internet connections for a lot more than streaming music.
What you are suggesting would be a rarity. I suppose someone could have one modem and service dedicated to music and a second separate line for everything else. That would be quite extreme.
Not saying it's impossible, but highly unlikely.
