Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

The Key to Good Sounding Streaming Is.......

The power supply to the..... Router?? ........

I use a TP-Link router, one of the higher rated "commercial" routers out there...... I've tried "upgrade" power supplies like IFI and Chinese linear power supplies, and were mostly "hit-and-miss".....

Then I tried something a little more exotic, the Sbooster BOTW P&P ECO, 12 volt 3 amp..... And the music sounded less "digital", more relaxed.... It is kind of a similar effect for wireless streaming as using a network switch for streaming via Ethernet connection.....

I'd guess that even with Ethernet based streaming, the power supply to the router could still make a difference.

Just throwing a dart here.... Getting right to the source (even before the audio source) could be the ticket for satisfying streaming playback.
