I caved in and ordered a Lavry DA10. I'll be DBTing it (with my wife, who doesn't know what a DAC is, but can certainly identify whether A sounds better than B with her sensitive ears, as the subject) against a 6-month old DAC1 using her favorite music when it arrives. I'll keep the winner (personally, I think I'm rooting for my silver DAC1, because I think it looks better, and I'm not realy a fan of the Lavry's volume level readout). I'll do the test with some extremely high-end headphones and some very nice speakers.
