RE: yup, the speaker connectors are as described above

I'm not too worried about modern speaker loads as my main loudspeakers are original Klipsch Fortes from 1989, which I've always heard are famous for being super easy to power. I was considered a Heathkit since there was one for sale locally, an AA100 Daystorm, but it was way more than I was gonna spend. I'll be interested to see how the pioneer sounds, even if it is a mid range model
