Sorry I did not answer you question but the Tyco Amp Series 1 CPC "VDE Tested" connectors are good for voltage, I believe, at 600V (verify, but I know it's very high). See Mouser catalog pg 1040. The connectors are very inexpensive but you have to purchase pins separately.
