For up to 3A/250V try Micro Circular Plastic Connector (CPC), Allied (www.alliedelec.com), p. 124. For up to 5A/600V try Mini CPC, Allied, p. 125. Very reasonably priced. For exterior tubing snip the ends off washing machine water hose from your local hardware store.
