Hi,I guess you could apply drive on both G1 and G2 quite easy if on want's to (why on earth one should I don't know :-) )
Just build driver as if one would drive on G2 and the bypass that signal to ground via a cap and a voltage divider where G1 gets its signal at 1/MyG1G2 lower than G2.
Oh, better use cathode resistor bias as well...mvh /Pär
