Ok it must be a typo I will try 8ma 100v to play it safe. That will put the plate dissapation at normal specs. Thankyou Poindexter and Thankyou Allen. Your pre amp cookbook it was the first tube book I bought and ecouraged me to build my first preamp.Of course I stuffed it up but I have had lots of fun building gear ever since :)
