consider motor run caps. Chances are good you have a local supply house and can get them cheap and easy. Once you decide on the right size then you can spring for something fancy.You can drive yourself crazy thinking about all of the complex interactions with grid chokes. IMHO it isn't worth letting that happen. Put them in, see if the speakers are "pumping" with the turntable on but not playing anything and if all looks well enjoy them. When time permits you will want to break out the signal generator and see what your frequency response is. I posted my measurments and was very pleased at how flat things were.
If I felt it was needed I'd rather look into a "rumble" filter than go with really big coupling caps.
In closing I will say I think it is worth the extra effort to take advantage of grid chokes. Math can give you a starting point but in the end you will have to go with what the scope and your ears tell you.
