Grid choke and optimum coupling cap value

Hi

I have made a modified version of this amplifier, difference being a parafeed output stage using Sowter plate chokes and parafeed output transformers. I have just replaced the 220K grid leak resistors on the 2A3's with a pair of 640H grid chokes (640H, 20.5K DCR & 60pF internal C).

I don't know how I should I calculate the coupling cap value which is currently 0.22uF, if I aim for a F of 5Hz lower value, normally (for a grid leak resistor) the formula would be 1/(2*pi*F*R), this obviously is incorrect for a grid choke with a DCR of 20.5K. Can anyone help me with a cap value here?

Thanks

Martin
